Abstract. An important problem of feed production is to increase the production process efficiency while improving the products’ quality. The purpose of the research is to build an adequate mathematical model of the technological process of the combined feed industrial production. The theoretical foundations of its description are based on flow models within the framework of the original concept of "three effects", the stochastic model is built taking into account the preservation of the exergy balance of the technological system. The developed model is based on a new approach to the concept of the integrity of a technological system. A correspondence between the subsystems of the operator model and the energy flux density in the energy model of the technological system has been established. This made it possible to zone the technological system, highlighting the areas of the feed flow stability and transition zones in which the energy density undergoes random fluctuations. A dimensionless quantitative indicator K(E) has been introduced, which characterizes in the aggregate the features of the feed technological flow in each subsystem. The energy flux density in each stable subsystem is a dynamic analogue of the spectral flux density. The main research tools are the apparatus of system analysis and the theory of random processes. In the work, an engineering and mathematical calculation of the parameters of the constructed model in the form of a system of transfer functions based on the zoning of the feed production line was performed. Verification of the stochastic model of the technological process of compound feed preparation has been carried out on a laboratory installation using sensors of the author's design. It showed that the errors in the functioning of dynamic subsystems do not exceed the 5% statistical threshold, which indicates the adequacy of the model.
