Abstract. To determine the relevancy of breeding values obtained in different environment conditions utilizing, reproducibility of EBV-based sires' arrangement research was conducted on phenotypically contrast samples by dairy productivity, reproduction and longevity traits. Data was obtained via “SELEX. Dairy cattle” database system in Moscow and Vologda districts. Research consisted of several stages, specifically general sample BLUP evaluation, farm conditions intensity defining which was made using “Herd-Year-Season-Region of calving” estimates of 305 days yield trait, subsamples construction based on “low”, “medium” and “high” intensity definition and lastly, detached breeding value estimation in these subsamples. Then reproducibility of sires' arrangement was assessed using rank correlation approach application to EBVs of sires that were evaluated in each group. Repeatability of 305 days yield-connected dairy traits was at very high level, such was open period duration (r = 0.87…0.96). Also EBV rank repeatability shows sustainable growth simultaneous to increase of evaluated sires' daughters amount. For example, if repeatability ratios in group of sires with more than 10 daughters varied from 0.40 to 0.42, in more than 80 daughters group these values were 0.89…0.95, simultaneous reliability growth also was observed. Upon the absence of such trends observed in reproduction (excluding open period duration), longevity traits as well as dairy fat and protein content, a conclusion of genotype-environment interaction in these traits was made. Also an assumption has been made that current selection strategy in Russian farms accounts only gross yield, which, in reliance to correlative interconnections on both genetic and phenotypic levels, leads to reproduction and longevity traits failure. From this perspective, these traits integration seems to be mandatory and highly adviced in breeding programs on local level for stable genetic trend establishment.
