PROSPECTIVE TECHNOLOGY OF COMPOSITION AND DISPENSATION OF HIGH PROTEIN ALL IN ONE FEEDING MIXES TO CATTLE

Summary. It is determined in the article that the effective way to prepare soybean seeds for feeding animals, which allows to reduce the content of anti-nutrients and energy process processing. Developed thread – production line preparation and distribution of loose and pressed multicomponent high-protein feed mixtures using germinated soybean seeds. Set technological process parameters germination of soybean seeds, namely 5 days of germination duration, humidity 90 % in the layer, the temperature in bed 28 °C, the layer height of 140 mm. Thus relative weight gain soaked grain was 1,789 kg/kg, the specific content of vitamin C is 0.194 mg/g. Recommended filling hopper feed distributor to produce a mixture of horizontal slices through the mixer- distributor hammer type, the number of downloadable layers should be at least 10. Optimal parameters of the mixer -distributor are: kinematic regime figure 48.32, the number of rows of deck segments 3, the number of hammers, passing on one track – 2, the height of the deck segments output 63 mm, speed reels 1500 rev/min, feed forage components 3.5 kg/s. To feed mixtures compression screw briquetting press is designed, the optimal parameters are the following: the length of the channel forming head 65 mm depth: 12.81 mm extrusion channels, the number of channels is 6 pressing; angular velocity of rotation of the screw 1 to 36,63, the angle of the pressing channel 55 degrees ... 74°, humidity of preformed mass weight is 36 ... 38% . Production tests technological line has shown that it can improve the nutritional value of diets for cattle to 16.4 k.ed., issued homogeneity of the feed mixture is 92 ... 94 %, and lower unevenness of the feed mixture issuing 8 ... 10 %.
