THE INFLUENCE OF ADDITIVE «CHERKAZ» ON NUTRIENT DIGESTIBILITY, USE OF MINERAL SUBSTANCES AND PRODUCTIVITY OF BROILER CHICKENS

Summary. The aim of the work is to study the effect of the silicone biopreparation "Cherkaz" to the productivity of broiler chickens. The researches were carried out in 2009-2012 years under the conditions of Ltd "Rudnichnoe" Lipetsk region on the three groups of birds cross "Ross – 308" on 50 goals by groups. We studied the three preparation dosages – 100, 110, 120 mg/kg of feed. It has been established that the safety of livestock wasn't dose-dependent of the studied preparation.The chickens of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd – experimental groups received in addition to the basic diet for 100, 110 and 120 mg/kg of feed of this preparation, to the end of the experiment had the live weight of more than 3.9, 8.5 and 7.8 % (P ≥ 0,95-0,999) respectively than the broilers of the control group. They spent less than 4.8 and 7.4 % of feed. The high feed conversion of the chickens of the experimental groups confirmed the better digestibility of the essential nutrients of diets. The broiler chickens of the experimental groups in comparison with analogues of the control group were higher digestibility of dry substances – for 0,53-0,93% (P ≥ 0,95), of crude protein – for 0,95-1.45% (P ≥ 0,95), better nitrogen fixation – for 1,85-4,85% (P ≥ 0,95-0,999), by the use of calcium – for 1,21-3,25 % (P ≥ 0,99-0,999), phosphorus – for 1,61-3,85 % (P ≥ 0,95-0,999) and silicon – for 0,86-2,65% (P ≥ 0,99). In the tested dosages of the preparation "Cherkaz" the greatest effect was obtained when injected into mixed fodder in the amount of 110 mg/feed.
