RESULTS OF PRACTICAL USING OF GENETIC MARKER – BLOOD GROUPS ON STUDY OF REPRODUCTIVE ABILITY BY DAIRY CATTLE

Summary. Investigations on indicated subject ware held at 2010-2013 years an total number 800 cows of Sychevka breed, belong to OAO pedigree enterprise “Rassvet” of Novoduginsky district of Smolensk region. All cows without registration of age were tested by 60 antierythrocytic sera determinate erythrocyte antigens from 12 genetics systems of blood groups (A,B,C,F-V,J,L,M,S,Z,N/,T/,R/). Aim of investigations analysis of results of combinations of mated pair having different antigenic spectrum on blood groups expressed indexes antigenic resemblance calculated on the base of suggested formula and study interaction them with reproductive ability of dairy cattle. We were taken into account all inseminations till fecundation of cows – probands (Form. 2-MOL, p. 8) and too duration of service-period an all life of animals as deposition of reproductive ability, excepting the first mat-ing. It was used 8 groups of combination on indexes antigenic resemblance from ♀ 0,0 – 0,39 and ♂ 0,0 – 0,39 till ♀ 0,6 -0,79 and ♂ 0,0 – 0,39. It was established that the best variants of mating are the first, when cows have index antigenic resemblance 0,0-0,39 and herd sires – 0,0-0,39. The number of inseminations till fecundation made up 1,88±0,12 and service-period 102,2±5,6 days. The difference is reliable as compared with 2 group (P1≤0,05), 3(P2≤0,01), 5(P1≤0,05) with 6 group (P0≤0,1). The service-period have tendency increase from 102,2±5,6 days at the first group till 178,5±10,3 days at fifth group with rising of indexes antigenic resemblance by cows and sires from 0,0 till 0,79. Suggested modification of formula of Givotovsky L.A. (1984) let objectively judge about genetic likeness and difference mated pair, to analysis the results of mating, to make a prognosis of successful combination and recommended them for individual and group selection of dairy cattle.
