SELECTION OF MICROORGANISMS-DESTRUCTORS OF THE SOIL OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN, ADAPTED TO DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS OF HYDROCARBON CONTAMINATION

Summary. The studies on shaping the collections efficient microorganism-destructor hydrocarbon, found in natural condition of the Republic Tatarstan, consisted of several main stages: separation aboriginal hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganism; the feature to efficiency microorganism-destructor in respect of different hydrocarbon; molecular-biological methods to identifications culture. Hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms selected from chernozem and sulphur of timber soil on modified to methods. The separation pure cultures realized on method Koha. At determination of the aspectual variety is revealled that under study consortiums firm to high concentration hydrocarbon. For separation active consortium researched the concentrations of the diesel oil 7, 10, 12 %. The number hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganism in variant with 7 % diesel oil has formed 2,1-2,5•1011 cell/ml, with 10 % – 2,0-2,3•1011 cell/ml, on variant with 12 % – 2,0•1011 cell/ml. The determination of the spectrum utilized hydrocarbon (the diesel oil, fuel oil, vacuum gazol, hexane, phenols, toluene) microorganism-destructor checked the method of the remarks. The majority consortium well developed in whitness of all hydrocarbon, except phenols. As a result of studies is chosen 15 consortiums microorganism-destructor, capable to utilize the hydrocarbons in concentration from 5 before 12 %. Cultivation the most efficient consortium B, chosen from cheronozem soil, brought about change the colour of the ambience Voroshilovoy-Dianovoy and shaping clot biomasses of the beige colour by thickness 5 mm. Given consortium consists of three culture, each of which capable to utilize the diesel oil in concentrations before 10 %. Falling into his composition culture-destructors are identified and depositing in Departmental collection useful microorganism agricultural purpose to Russian academy of the agricultural sciences (RCAM): Pseudomonas stutzeri R-1026 under registration number RCAM02107; Achromobacter insolitus A-102 (RCAM02108); Achromobacter xylosoxidans A-10 (RCAM02109).
