Summary. From different soils of Tatarstan highlighted active consortia of microorganisms-destructors hydrocarbons A and B. In the context of the growing experience determined their effectiveness on typical chernozem with spring wheat varieties Ekada-66 . In cases ( a consortium of B, fertilizer + consortium B and spring wheat + consortium B) number of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms (HOM) exceeded the control in 1,4-5,0 times throughout the experiment . When making only consortium HOM a number increased to 60 days (1.1-fold above control), after which their strength was observed stabilization . In embodiments of the high number of HOM had the highest reduction of hydrocarbons to 90 days: when making consortium B by 59.0% , wheat farming and making consortium B - by 61.4%, while the community and these figures were 44,5% , and in the embodiment a plant + consortium A - 58.3 %. The most effective reduction of hydrocarbons observed when sharing consortium used with mineral fertilizers - by 73.1%. Number of heterotrophic microorganisms to 30 days. Most experiments on experimental variants was lower than the control values ( 2,1-9,8 times). At the end of the experiment the number of heterotrophic microorganisms and hydrocarbon was substantially the same. In the contaminated soil was of microscopic fungi in 1,8-8,5 times lower than in the control. Respiratory activity in all experimental variants increased in 2,3-6,8 times in comparison with the control soil, and the use of consortia studied almost immediately doubled . Adding fertilizer both separately and consortia contributed to the growth of the basal respiration in 1,8-6,6 times. Thus, when making a consortium B degradation of diesel fuel in the soil to flow efficiently.
