Summary. In article the experimental data on the efficiency of the method of preplant treatment of early potato tubers with chelated micronutrient liquid fertilizing-stimulating compounds LFSC-1 and LFSC-2 at 0,.1, 0,5 and 1,0% concentration at leached black soil in Republic of Tatarstan in 2011-2013 years are analyzed. In all variants of LFSC applications they stimulated a plant growth and development: the duration of the seedling phase decreased by 1...3 days , the duration of the vegetation period increased by 2…4 days , leaf area increased in different phases by 2,8...70.6%, dry weight increased by 0,38...2,58 t-ha in comparison with control. Treatment with LFSC enhanced the photosynthetic activity of plants: leaf photosynthetic capacity increased by 1,9...17,4%, photosynthetic utilization coefficients – 0,07...0,58. Potato yield increased while using LFSC-1 by 1.1...3.1 t-ha (4,9...13,9%), LFSC-2 – 4,1...6,0 t-ha (18,5...27,0%) in comparison with control. Nitrate content does not exceed the maximum allowable concentration. Increasing the starch content in the tubers based on the crude substance was 0,2...1,0%. Method of LFSC using for early potato cultivation on a leached black soil in Republic of Tatarstan was developed. It provides the increasing a yield of early potato at 1,1…1,6 t-ha in comparison with control.
