Summary. For production of high-quality pork, including household farms Siberia, requires balanced by main indicators of feed rations. The aim was to obtain from wheat protein Supplement that provides-in combination with native grain balance and standard amino acids in the diet intensively growing pigs. New experimental additive from wheat obtained with the method of its enzymatic hydrolysis with subsequent separation by centrifuging of the liquid component of the hydrolysate. Pre-wheat were ground up to module 3 mm grinding and mixed with water. Water duty 1:2 (one part of ground wheat and 2 parts water). PH pH 6.6-7.5. Used enzyme complex action - It GSH. The concentration of enzyme - 0.3 %, proteolytic activity - 70 u/G. the Duration of hydrolysis (turbulence) - 22 hours, at a temperature 50-53°N Centrifugation was carried out at 3000 Rev/min for 3 minutes. Enzymes derived additives MPEI inachtivirovti method of heating up to 90 degrees With aged 20 minutes. Humidity obtained supplements - 82.3%, the concentration of protein in recalculation to dry substance - 59.2%. The method of obtaining supplements patented. Using the additive in combination with barley prepared for intensive growing of pigs regulatory balanced by main indicators basis of a diet consisting of 1.96 kg of barley (13%humidity) and 2.81 kg experimental supplements from wheat (humidity 82.3%). Amino acid and energy parameters of the prepared food for pigs live weight of 60 kg, with an average growth 650 g fully correspond to the norm. Thus balancing the diet, for the first time in the practice of formulation for pigs, made without the use of traditional protein additives of animal origin, animal or synthetic amino acids. The proposed method, given hypothetically low resource cost of new additives, opens up the prospect of subsidiary pig farms Siberia on the basis of own raw materials base, without the use of expensive purchase of feed to produce quality pork.
