Summary. ISSR method conducted research on individual genotyping and identification of intraspecific genetic variation in the population of deer o.Kolguev. By using a primer (AG) 9C, a total of 15 of amplified DNA fragments of 180 to 1400 bp Analysis of the spectrum of allele frequencies showed that the most frequent fragments of average length of 240 to 500 bp, while the shorter and longer DNA fragments are less common. At about the deer. Kolguev fragments revealed 11 located in the genome between the microsatellites type AG, and 32 genotype. Analysis of the data revealed the presence of a high level of heterozygosity at the test site mezhmikrosatellitnoy DNA – 0,833. Study groups of animals by age showed the lowest level of heterozygosity in adult animals – 0.825, which was lower than that of the young – 0.832. Despite the relative similarity of the individuals on the sites studied DNA indicates heterozygosity value of the genetic diversity of relevant genomic loci in deer. The high level of heterozygosity is advantageous animals on adaptive traits. These findings point to the need to monitor the status of genetic diversity, ensuring stability of the population.
