Summary. Under conditions of the field stationary experience, located in forest-steppe zone of Central Black Earth Region, on typical heavi-loam chernozem was studied the influence of tillage on the content in different soil layers of mobile mobile forms of zinc, copper, manganese and cobalt. The experiment was deployed in time and space on four fields. The investigation was conducted in four-field crop rotation with the following rotation of crops: pea, winter wheat, sunflower, barley. Ploughing (PN-5-35), surface nonmoldboard cultivation (KPE-3.8) and deep nonmoldboard cultivation (PCH-2.5) were used as tillage methods. The calculated balance of these microelements in five rotations four-field seroprevalence of crop rotation. It is established, that the basic parameters of the balance was not materially different depending on the ways of main soil cultivation. Without the use of organic fertilizer intensity balance of zinc was 5.7...5.8 %, copper – by 4.9...5.1 %, manganese – 7.6...7.7 %, cobalt -8.2...8.5 %. Five rotation of crop rotation content of mobile forms of zinc layer 0...30 cm reached the level of 1.02...1.09 mg/kg, copper – 0.14...0.15 mg/kg manganese – 9.5...10.0 mg/kg, cobalt – 0.084...0.089 mg/kg.
