Summary. The article presents the results of three years of research on the effect of pre-sowing seed ozonation of soft spring wheat on yieldness and its structure in the conditions of forest-steppe zone of the Kuznetsk Basin. The research was conducted in 2009-2011 years in the forest-steppe zone of the Kuznetsk Basin in the fields of village Plotnikovo (Kemerovo region). There were studied two zoned varieties of soft spring wheat – Mariinka of middle ripening group and of Iren of middle-early group of ripeness. The experimental scheme consisted of four different pre-sowing treatment with ozone and control. Seven days before sowing the seeds were treated with ozone, by method of ozone production from environment (air). Ozonator provides the production of ozone-air mixture with ozone concentration at the outlet 85 mg /m3 and 170 mg/m3. The processing of seed was 15 and 45 minutes. It is found that in the formation of yield and its structure the variety Mariinka showed greater responsiveness to pre-sowing ozonation. Increasing of the dose of ozone increased yield relative to control in both varieties in all the years of research, under the influence of ozone dose of 170 mg/m3 on 12 – 27%, the ozone dose of 85 on mg/m3 3-12%. The highest average yield over years of research was obtained by treatment of 170 mg/m3 of ozone for 45 minutes and was 3.26 t/ha in variety Mariinka and 2.92 t/ha at variety Iren.
