EFFECTIVENESS OF MIVAL-AGRO PREPARATION APPLYING ON POTATOES IN CONDITIONS OF SOUTH URAL

Summary. At present time the yield of potatoes in South Urals is not more than 15 t-ha. In the complex of measures aimed at increasing the productivity of potato in the region cultivation of locally adapted varieties, the optimum planting density and the use of balanced doses of fertilizers play an important role. However, the wide variation of meteorological factors and disease severity (Rhizoctonia blight, macrosporiosis, late blight) often lead to losses of crop yield. In this aspect of great scientific and practical interest is the regulators of plant growth and development that increase the resistance of plants to pathogens and adverse weather conditions. Using silicone growth regulator Mival-agro for tubers processing reduced the degree of development of peptic dry rot stems (Rhizoctonia) at 27,4% in average, late blight – at 14,5%, early dry spot – at 9,7% in comparison with control. Processing plant leaves decreased above parameters at 20,7%, 14,7 and 16,9%, and co-treatment of the seed and vegetative plant – 37,4%, 19,6 and 29,0%, respectively. Result of improvements in the phytosanitary situation was to increase the assimilation of the leaf surface in average at 2,61; 0,82 and 4,45 thousand m2-ha in average, and as a consequence the yield of potatoes – at 20,0% (5,08 t-ha), 12,4% (3,15 t-ha) and 30,7% (7,77 t-ha) respectively while the above variants of treatment. Application of Mival-agro while thickened planting scheme guaranteed achievement of programmable potatoes yield of 40 t-ha while the treatment of seed tubers (40,83 t-ha) and the combined use of preparation (43,73 t-ha). While plant leaves treatment by Mival-agro actual yield was close to the calculated one (37,18 t-ha).
