Summary. Researches were carried out during 2012-2014 to study the effect of different doses of organic (rotten manure) and mineral fertilizers and biological preparations Agrofil and Flavobacterin on potato productivity, tuber quality, as well as on microbial properties of soil under conditions of Central Yakutia. The plan of the experiment included the application of manure in single (20 t/ha), double (40 t/ha) and triple (60 t/ha) doses separately and in combination with treatment of growing plants with Agrofil and Flavobacterin; biological preparations; single dose of manure in combination with N46P46K46 as well as with N46P46K46 and biological preparations. The control was without fertilizers. The highest yield was obtained with application of 60 t/ha of manure with biological preparations, it was 17.0 t/ha (the increase over the control was 6.3 t/ha). In the variant 20 t/ha of manure with biological preparations it was 12.9 t/ha; for variants 40 t/ha of manure with biological preparations and for biological preparations only the rise was 14.5 and 13.2 t/ha respectively. Combined application of mineral fertilizers, single dose of manure and Agrofil and Flavobacterin increased output of marketable tubers up to 60 % (in control variant it was 38 %) and reduced the tuber damage by Rhizoctonia to 4 points (in the control variant it was 10 points). Application of rotten manure (40 t/ha) in combination with treatment by biopreparations ensured in the first year of fertilizer aftereffect (2013) the highest microbiological activity of the soil 47.6 million CFU/g of soil (in control variant it was 30.4 million CFU/g of soil). During the years of researches, the process of nitrogen fixation in soil proceeded actively, accretion of soil aggregates on Ashby medium varied from 88 (20 t/ga of manure + N46P46K46) to 100 % (manure + biopreparations).
