Summary. Because of the intensive development of milk cattle breeding the problem of the quality management of the used fodders in all stages from sowing of feed crop in the field to the feeding trough of animals complicates. The balance of fodders with protein remains one of the basic problems. The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of clover seeds processing by metal nanopowders and potassium humate on productivity of its crops and content of protein in the dry matter of fodder, and also the selection of components for the new early ripening culture Sudan grass, ensuring the preparation of silage with high content of exchange energy and protein. The researches were carried out in 2012-2014 on the experimental field at Smolensk State Agrarian Academy. The scheme of the experiment included the variants of presowing soaking of clover seeds in 0.05 % solution of nanopowders of cobalt, zinc and ferric oxides, potassium humate separately and conjunctly. Sudan grass Kinelskaya 100 was seeded as mono crop and in double and triple mixtures with pea Faraon, forage beans Uzunovskie, spring vetch Lugovskaya 98, blue lupine Crystal, spring triticale Grebeshok (the second control was corn variety Krasnodarsky 194 MB). The use of nanopowders of cobalt and zinc oxide contributed to the increase in the productivity of meadow clover 1.41…1.39 times, protein content in dry matter of the fodder – by 1.8…1.2 %. This method increased the concentration of copper and cobalt in fodders. The cultivation of Sudan grass Kinelskaya 100 and its mixtures with spring vetch and forage beans makes it possible to lay silage since the beginning of August. Obtained silage contains 23…27 % of dry matter and 11.5…12.2 % of crude protein. With application of N100P48K48 the productivity of the culture increases 1.9 times in comparison with the control without fertilizers. In order to obtain the fodder balanced in the protein, it is preferable to cultivate Sudan grass in the mixtures with forage beans and spring vetch.
