Summary. The purpose of the research is to improve the techniques of growing table dill by selecting its varieties, optimal sowing time, plant lay out schemes and effective preparations for achieving big and stable crop on the open ground, which should ensure the dill’s conveyor production in Amur region. The following dill varieties were tested: Superdukat ОЕ, Avrora, Sweet Bouquet, Kubray, Alligator. Superdukat ОЕ variety, considered to be the most prospective for Amur region was taken as a standard. The study was focused on: sowing time – 20th of April (control), 5th, 10th, 15th of May, 10th, 20th of June, 5th and 15th of July; plant lay out schemes - 50+90 cm (two-line), 32+32+76 (three-line – control), 20+20+20+80 (four-line), 15+15+15+15+80 (five-line), and 5+27+5+27+5+71 (six-line); growth-regulating agents – without any agents (control), Energene, IAA, Immunotsitofit, sodium humate. Experiments were conducted during 2011 – 2014 on alluvial-sod soil of Far Eastern State Agricultural University’s experimental plot, located in the southern Blagoveschensk district in Amur region. Sweet Bouquet had on the average the largest harvest of greenery during four years – 19,36 tons per hector. The harvest of Alligator was 16,62 tons per hector, Avrora – 15,87 tons per hector. The best sowing time for table dill is 5th of May. In comparison with this sowing time, the plants sowed on the 20th of June gave 0,83 tons per hector less harvest, and plants sowed on the 15th of May - 7,88 tons per hector less harvest. The most optimal lay out scheme for sowing is 15+15+15+15+80 cm. It gave table dill harvest of 16,45 tons per hector on the average during three years without. The most effective growth-regulating agent for table dill is Energene. The dill processed with Energene harvested on the average 23,06 tons per hector yearly during three years. The recommended table dill varieties to be used in Amur region are Sweet Bouquet and Alligator with the sowing time of 5th of May and the 20th of June, sowed according to the following schemes 15+15+15+15+80 and 5+27+5+27+5+71 cm and processed with Energene growth regulating agent. It provides about 20 tons per hector of table dill.
