JUSTIFICATION OF THE MAIN PARAMETERS OF A VIBRATING MIXER LOOSE FORAGES WITH ACTIVE MIXING ELEMENTS

Summary. Currently the acute problem of obtaining quality feed directly in the farms. In solving this problem plays an important role high-performance mixing feed components. We have developed a vibratory mixer which consists of a cylindrical container, resiliently mounted on the frame by means of spring supports. In the body of the container are feeding tube and unloading pipe. Inside the container is a shaft with the fixed mixing elements therein, the blades and springs. Also mounted on the ends of the shaft unbalance exciters. The shaft is connected via a flexible coupling to the motor. When working cylindrical container commits hesitation, why stuff getting inside, goes into vibrokipeniya that causes reduction of internal friction between the particles and the mixing material as a consequence of the rapid acquisition of quality, uniform mixture. The aim of this work is to determine the main parameters of a vibrating mixer loose forages with active mixing elements. Were carried out theoretical and experimental studies, which resulted in the established and developed the basic parameters of vibrating mixer loose forages, the greatest influence on the output characteristics of his work, in particular on the homogeneity of the resulting mixture. Also prepared rational values of these parameters, namely the amplitude of oscillation of the trough of 1 mm, rotational speed of the shaft – 80 s-1. These values correspond to the most efficient operation of the vibrating mixer. The homogeneity of the mixture obtained at the indicated values in the range of 91 to 93%, which fully meets the requirements of animal science.
