Summary. Studies were carried out to investigate the effect of bacterial strains of the genus Bacillus on adaptation, growth, vegetative propagation, winter hardiness and fungal infection of strawberry plants. Field experiments were conducted in 2011-2014 at the collective farm «Gardens of Siberia» in Novosibirsk region. The objects of the research were strawberry variety Junia Smayds; strawberry leaf spot; bacterial strains from culture collections of OOO SPC «Research Center»: B. subtilis VKPM V-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. licheniformis VKPM V-10562, as well as a mixture of 3 strains – B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10643, B. subtilis VKPM V-10641(Fitop 8.67). Plants were treated before planting by soaking of the root system in a working suspension containing biological agents in concentration 1*10E5 CFU/ml. Pre-planting treatment of the root system with B. amyloliquefaciens strain VKPM V-10642, B. subtilis VKPM V-10641, B. licheniformis VKPM V-10562 and Fitop 8.67 (the mixture of 3 strains) increased the survival ability of strawberry on 15…19 %, and as a result of immunizing action reduced the degree of damage by white spot 1.2…1.8 times. Processing by strains of B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. subtilis VKPM V-10641 and Fitop 8.67 increased winter hardiness of plants, which reduced their death during the winter 1.9…2.2 times. The maximum effect in stimulating vegetative propagation was obtained by treating with B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642 and Fitop 8.67, the increase in the number of filial rosettes by 53…59 %. Strains of B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. subtilis VKPM V-10641 and Fitop 8.67 had the most expressed multifunctional effect on plants, showed anti-stress, growth promoting and immunizing properties, which is promising for their use to improve efficiency and environmental stabilization of production of planting material of strawberry.

Keywords: bacterial strains, strawberry, anti-stress effect, growth-stimulating effect, immunizing action, polyfunctional qualities.
