Summary. To study the biological efficacy of tank mixtures of herbicides Primadonna and Trizlak against weeds in winter wheat crops and their influence on crop yield the investigations were conducted in 2013-2015 at educational-experimental farm of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Work performed on variety Samurai. The preceding crop was flax. The soil was leached thick low-humic heavy loamy black soil on loess-like loams. Humus content was 5.0-5.2%; pH was 6.2; hydrolytic acidity was 3-4 mg-eq/100 g of soil; total exchangeable bases was 41.8-42.6 mg-eq/100 g of soil; P2O5 content was 18-24 mg/kg of soil; K2O content was 160-210 mg/kg soil. To estimate the biological efficiency of herbicides crop infestation was thrice registered; species composition of weed vegetation was determined; the weeds were counted before and after the treatments. The average number of weeds throughout all variants was 156 pcs/m2, and their weight was 399 g/m2. At the second record the best effect of the use of herbicides was observed in the variant with tank mixture of Primadonna 0.3 l/ha and Trizlak 0.02 kg/ha. The density of weeds reduced by 96.9%, their weight–by 95.4%. In this variant it was also noted the highest indices of herbicide efficacy at the third registration: the decrease in plant density remained at the level of 95.3% against the background of increase in weed weight by 24.2% due to the appearance of seedlings of late spring weeds. The mixture of herbicides Primadonna (0.3 l/ha) and Trizlak (0.02 kg/ha) is an optimal combination of dosages under conditions of the Stavropol Krai; it is fast-acting and effective for the control of a wide range of dicotyledonous weeds. On average its biological efficacy was 89.7%, which provided the greatest increase in yield–1.69 t/ha. This enables to recommend the mixture for the use in farms of Stavropol Krai.

Keywords: weeds, herbicides, winter wheat, biological efficiency, productivity.
