Summary. On department of physiology and pharmacology «The southern Ural state agrarian university» is developed the SPAO pharmacological complex (a stress protector antioxidant) including the citrate lithium, vitamins, and other substances having impact on a metabolism. In work, materials of comparative studying of pharmacological activity the SPAO-complex and lithium citrate are presented at prevention of technological stresses at hens and chickens. After stress influence of hens at the age of 47 weeks by intradermal introduction of 70% of solution of turpentine the assessment of their efficiency and reproductive qualities was carried out. In two weeks of supervision the highest values of a egg production – 74,4% are noted in group where applied the SPAO-complex, in group where applied citrate of lithium of 68,6%, the lowest values in control group of 61,4%. In the analysis of fertility the highest values are observed in group where applied the SPAO-complex in comparison with group where lithium citrate, a difference of an indicator of an fertilized eggs applied for the studied period makes 4,8%, a conclusion of chickens from eggs of 4,7%, the lowest values are observed in control group, without use of pharmacological means for prevention of stresses. From a pharmacodynamics position use the SPAO-complex had the expressed activating impact on a enzymatic element of antioxidant system that is confirmed by lower values of products of a lipid peroxidation in plasma of blood of hens. Use of citrate of lithium had less expressed impact on processes of a lipid peroxidation activating influence on antioxidant system it is revealed only on activity of a catalase of plasma of blood. Under the influence of the offered pharmacological complex in comparison with lithium citrate decrease in products of a lipid peroxidation in blood is statistically more expressed that is expressed more by the low indexes, due to activation of a enzymatic element of the joint-stock company of system.
