Summary. The aim of the investigations was to study the influence of several microbiological preparations on the productivity of chick-pea varieties under conditions of Belgorod region. We used preparations nitragin and rizotorfin, based on the nodule bacteria, microbiological fertilizer “Biogor”, series “KM”, and chick-pea varieties Privo 1, Vektor, Yubilejny, Zolotoj Yubilej and Krasnokutsky 36. The work was carried out in 2013-2015 at the fields of the FGBNU Belgorod Research Institute of Agriculture (Gorki, Belgorod district), located in the west agroclimatic area of the region. The soil of the test plot is typical middle-thick low-humic, heavy loamy chernozem; the content of humus in the arable layer is 5.4%, of mobile phosphorus and exchange potassium (according to Chirikov) – 75 and 120 mg/kg, correspondingly; pH of salt extract is 5.6. The doses of the preparations was following: rizotorfin – 0.3 kg per a hectare rate of seeds; “Nitragin N” – 1 litre of solution, containing 80 g of the preparation and 100 ml of organic and mineral complex per a hectare rate of seeds; microbiological fertilizer “Biogor”, series “KM” – 100 ml of source solution (titre 10E6-10E9 CFU/cm3) per 1 t of seeds. The control variant was without seed treatment. The Krasnokutsky 36 variety was not affected by the nodule bacteria in 2013-2014, but positively responded to them under conditions of prolonged vegetation in 2015. “Biogor” affected positively the formation of chickpea seed yield increase with sufficient moisture during the first period of vegetation. Its effectiveness significantly reduced in the year with droughty spring. In general, due to the inoculation with microbial agent, the chick-pea productivity growth reached 22-34%. The greatest productivity over two years (2014-2015) under conditions of Belgorod region was demonstrated by varieties Vektor, Yubilejny and Zolotoj Yubilej. The value of this index for the listed varieties reached 3.29-3.45 t/ha, which is higher by 13-18% than in the standard variety Privo 1.
