Summary. There were described the methods to enrich corn feed by valuable proteins and essential amino acids and it was generalized the list of additives with its high amount. There was developed and presented the technology of production of corn feeds, enriched by lysine due to its biosynthesis on substrates using permeate of corn extract; the technology is adapted to corn starch plants. The efficiency and feasibility of application of nanofiltration to prepare the substrate were shown. The concentration of lysine is recommended to carry out by membrane processes: nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. In this case the production cost of lysine containing additive will be 2-3 times lower than the cost of expensive imported feed lysine. There was shown a possibility and prospect of biosynthesis of other essential amino acids, feed and baker’s yeast by analogue technology. The plan allows carrying out the separate feeding of the substrate by extract and glucose syrup during cultivation. At that the components are cold sterilized using membranes. The feasibility of application of membranes instead of vacuum-vapor stations to concentrate native extract was proved. The table of amino acids content in dry substances of corn extract comparing with its content in ideal protein in feed for pigs, egg chicken and broilers was presented. Technical-economical feasibility to establish microbiological production integrated in corn starch plant was justified. There was shown a possibility and ways to arrange new lines to produce enriched corn feed and to complete working lines by membrane stations and bioreactors.
