Summary. It is presented the main goals and objectives of the integration project on breeding, seed production, forage production, agriculture and plant protection that are performed in Federal state budgetary institution of the Siberian Federal scientific center of agrobiotechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the period 2016-2020. The strategic goal of the project is to develop promising directions of plant growing, feed production, agriculture and plant protection on the basis of producing new agricultural plant varieties using modern breeding methods, including biotechnology. It is provided for the construction of environmentally sustainable highly productive field and meadow agrophytocenoses on the basis of methods and techniques of biologization and phyto-amelioration of fodder crop rotations. This requires the development of resource-saving technologies of plant cultivation using modern means of mechanization, farming systems and plant protection, renewable bio-resources, enhancing efficiency of agricultural production. The main directions of research and the thematic structure of the priority investigations were determined. To meet the goals and objectives of the project the existing reserve on the main topics was identified and scientific contacts with domestic and foreign partners were determined.
