Summary. It is presented the results of researches, obtained by scientific groups from the institutes-participants of the research integration project “Development of methods and systems for creating animal genotypes and aquaculture with high consumer characteristics based on molecular biology techniques, management of production biosynthesis of animal husbandry, improvement of feeding technology, fodder production, fodder preparation, keeping of animals and means of mechanization of production, effective control of epizootic processes, creation of diagnostic tests-systems based on nanobiotechnology, means and methods for prophylaxis, treatment of animal diseases”. Under the direction of the Siberian Research, Design and Technology Institute of Animal Husbandry it was developed breeds of pigs, sheep, goats, marals, horses, farm yaks and fishes; types of cattle, pigs, sheep, goats and horses, as well as lines of farm animals: two lines in Black-and-White breed and three lines in Hereford one, five lines of marals in Altai-Sayans breed, five lines in Yakut breed of horses. Researchers of the Institute of Experimental Veterinary Science of Siberia and Far East developed and approved more than 650 developments, including more than 200 guidelines, manuals and regulations; 69 instructions, manuals, technical conditions; 37 preparations; 26 diagnostic test-systems; 23 strains of microorganisms. The scientific novelty of the developments is confirmed by 128 patents for inventions and for utility model. It was developed 12 computer programs, which received 8 certificates of registration of computer programs and 4 certificates of database registration. Preliminary results in the field of aquaculture, obtained by the scientists of the Siberian Research Institute of Agriculture and Peat in an experiment on fry of Heteropneustes fossilis showed the validity of this direction. Gumiton was introduced in fish habitat to achieve concentration of humic compounds in water 0.00002%, 0.0001% and 0.0005%. The total increase in the weight of the fish in the control group was 18.7%, in the test ones – 62.5-79.7%.
