Summary. It is presented the information on planned research integration project, which will enable to integrate scientific-instrument, methodological basis and intellectual resources of research teams of varying thematic focus in order to achieve set goal. The project includes a comprehensive research work in the following directions: development of methods and systems for creation of animal genotypes and aquaculture with high consumer characteristics based on molecular biology techniques; development of methods and systems for the management of production biosynthesis of animal husbandry, the improvement of feeding technology, fodder production, fodder preparation; development of systems for the effective control of epizootic processes, creation of diagnostic tests-systems based on nanobiotechnology, means and methods for prophylaxis, treatment of animal diseases. The thematic structure of the integration project includes scientific aspects on feeding and fodder preparation, dairy and meat cattle breeding, pig breeding, aquaculture, modern methods of breeding, fodder production and animal health. In future plans for the collaboration it is the development of universal feed additives, the correction of diets on major nutrition elements (exchange energy, sugars, protein, vitamins and microelements), the study of the effectiveness of using cows of new types of Black-and-White breed of Siberian breeding, the development of new technological projects to obtain high quality products, the use of a wide range of animal genetic markers in animal breeding, generally accepted in a world practice, the development of effective express-methods of diagnosing animal diseases, the methods of assessing the level of natural resistance and immunity group of animals on the basis of biotechnology and genetic engineering, the development of technologies for new preparations application based on humic compounds of peat to improve the efficiency of aquaculture.
