INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT OF AGROINDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Summary. The role of information technologies as intersectoral direction of science is shown. On base of law of cycle of matter in nature and dialectical correlation of farm production objects: land, plants, animals, machines, environment and society the hypotheses about possibility of its united informational description is formulated. The interconnection of these resources and its optimality (rationality) can be ensure on base of application of information technologies, that in many respects defines the efficiency of agrarian production. These regulations are united by the paradigm of information support of technological processes in agriculture production. It includes the complex of objective information (devices, measuring and computing complexes, information-measuring systems, databases and knowledge) and subjective information used at creation of devises, information systems, expert systems and intelligence system. The information models of machine and tractors aggregate and agrophytocoenosis, created by the authors, are presented. The models are created on the base of backbone block with six information flows that have system union. The purposefulness, unambiguity and dynamism of the proposed models are proved by the creation of some databases on objects of animate and inanimate nature in collaboration with research institutions of Siberian region. The examples of information databases in crop production (on varieties and plant protection), animal husbandry, veterinary science, mechanization are given. The information about internet-oriented searching database of innovation products of Siberian researchers is presented. These results show prospects of union research teams at interdisciplinary level.
