Summary. The paper develops the previously created mathematical model of plant response to the ozone influence. Seeds of common flax (oil group, LM-98 variety) were subjected to the effect of ozone. Before seeds were ozonized they were kept dry (I variant), wetted with distilled water (II variant), preincubated and germinated in water during one day (III variant) and two days (IV variant). Control seeds were not subjected to the effect of ozone. In the experiments, the ozone concentration was varied from 19 mg/m3 to 600 mg/m3 and the time of ozonizing was varied from 30 seconds to 40 minutes. Seeds were germinated in thermostat after ozonizing. It were identified the length of seedlings in four days. As a result, it was obtained four dependences of the biological effect of the length of the four-day seedlings on the logarithm of the dose of ozone effects for each variant. The purpose of modeling was to identify the biological sense of the dynamic of deviations from the control values of length of the common flax seedlings, grown from the ozonizing seeds (seedlings), under influence of differ ozone doses. The basis of the modeling was the idea of formation of the seedling reaction by successive inclusion of specialized protective antioxidant systems of plant, as a response to the damaging effects of ozone. Dynamics of the damage depended on condition and age of the seedling at the ozonizing period and dose of ozone effects. It was specificated the types of damage with smooth and graded dynamics. The types of antioxidant systems were identified as adequate and inadequate. Formalized the model representations, the smooth dynamics of damage was associated with exponential functions. The graded dynamics of damage and adequate and inadequate antioxidant systems were associated with variant of logistic curves with different parameters. At first the adequate antioxidant systems activated, and then inadequate antioxidant systems started working. It was obtained an integral formula of dependence of seedlings lengths percentage deviation on the dose of ozone effect. At the certain parameters of the equations, all theoretical values were congruent with experimental values within the measurement errors. All restrictions imposed on these parameters were confirmed.
