Summary. The article presents the results of studies on the effect of pre-sowing seed treatment with biologic fertilizer Ekstrasol and different levels of mineral nutrition on productivity properties of oat cv. Konkur and Derby under conditions of the forest-steppe zone of the Middle Volga region. Yield properties of seeds were evaluated by comparing the obtained yields. The average grain yield of Konkur variety for three years varied from 2.98 to 4.01 t/ha, for Derby – from 2.67 to 3.07 t/ha. The increasing doses of nitrogen fertilizers contributed to the improvement of yield properties of Konkur seeds, cultivated without treatment by biopreparations, by 4-11 %, with the pre-treatment by Ekstrasol – by 6-13 %. Additional fertilizing by nitrogen fertilizer at the dose of N35 at the booting phase without seed treatment and at the dose of N30 at the heading stage with the treatment by Ekstrasol ensured the formation of seeds of Derby variety with higher yield properties (by 8 %) in comparison with the control variant. Additional multivariate analysis of variance revealed that yield properties of oat seeds were influenced by genotype (55.2 %), mineral fertilizers (11.1 %), pre-sowing seed treatment by Ekstrasol (3.5 %).
