Abstract. In our work we examine combined application of developed pharmacological SPAO (Stress Protector Antioxidant) complexes, SM (Stimulator of Metabolism) and vitamin K. The experimental work was carried out in 2013-2014 under conditions of the breeding reproducer Khutorskoi of ZAO “Uralbroiler” in Chelyabinsk region on hens of the cross Hubbard F15 and roosters M99. It was used 28342 rearing chickens and 27737 adult birds from the parent flock (the ratio of hens and roosters was 10:1). The chickens from the experimental group at the age of 5 days were watered by SM-complex (300 mg/kg of body weight) and SPAO-complex (240 mg/kg) two days before, on the day of, and two days after the beak trimming, as well as vitamin K with feed (100 mg/head) during four days. At the age of 24, 34 and 40 weeks the birds from the experimental group received SPAO-complex (185 mg/kg of body weight) two days before, on the day of, and two days after the transfer and vaccination, at revaccination and spiking. It ensures high preventive and economical results due to the decrease in birds’ death during growing (from 3.79 to 2.14 % for hens, and from 3.12 to 1.25 % for roosters) and in productive period (from 15.50 to 11.00 %), the increase in the young birds crop percent (from 76.86 to 84.64 %), the rise of the quantity of chicken-broilers, obtained from hens from the parent flock (by 23.50 %). The economic indicators were influenced by the reduction of forage costs in the experimental group during growing (hens – by 5.39 %, roosters – by 13.92 %), as well as during reproduction of one chicken from hens from the experimental group (by 16.10 %). The total economic result at the stage of growing of rearing birds exceeded the veterinary spends 16.35% times, at the stage of keeping of parent flock – 30.19 times; as a whole – 29.47 rubles per 1 ruble of costs.
