Abstract. The purpose of the study was to identify new sources of resistance genes to races of pathogens that infect spring soft wheat (powdery mildew, brown and stem rust of wheat), founding in the territory of Novosibirsk region. The investigations were carried out in 2014-2016 under field conditions of an isolated infectious nursery (pos. Michurinsky, Novosibirsk region). The resistance against brown rust was determined against the background of artificial inoculation, against stem rust and powdery mildew – against a natural severe provocative background. The material for the study was 880 varieties of spring soft wheat. The degree of injury was calculated in percentage according to the Peterson’s scale, the type of response – according to the Stakman and Levin scale. The control of the susceptibility was spring soft wheat ‘Lutestsens 25’. Environment conditions (high temperature and humidity) of the years of the research influences the loss of resistance of varieties, carrying genes of sensitivity to higher temperature both separately and in combinations: Pm5 (Nore, Tulaikovskaya Stepnaya), Sr6Agi (Tulaikovskaya 10, etc.), Sr25 (WW 17283, Ekada 113), Pm5 + Pm1 + Pm4a (Trizo), Sr6Ag.i + Sr25 (Tulaikovskaya 108), Sr25 + Sr31 (Sigma, Uralosibirskaya 2). We revealed high-effective genes, controlling wheat resistance to the diseases (LrAgi/PmAgi, LrKu/PmKu, LrBel/PmBel, Lr19, Lr24/Sr24, Lr28, Lr35, Lr45, Lr47, Lr48, Lr10 + Lr23 + Lr13 + Sr11 + Sr-genes, Sr38/Lr37 + Lr13 + Lr3a, Sr38 + Sr2, Sr31, Pm6 + Pm1 + Pm3d, Pm6 + Pm4b + U). They are capable of protecting the culture from one and a complex of phytopathogens under conditions of changing climate in the territory of Novosibirsk region. Varieties of spring soft wheat (Tulaikovskaya 10, Tulaikovskaya 100, Tulaikovskaya 108, Lutestsens 13, Favorit, Chelyaba 75, Dobrynya, Gibrid 21, Cunnigharn, Chris, Markiz, Ellisson, Binnu, Banti, Canon, SW Vinjet), resistant to races of leaf and stem pathogens, common in Novosibirsk region, had known genes of resistance in their genomes (LrAgi/PmAgi, LrKu/PmKu, LrBel/LrBel, LrAe.speltoides, Lr19, Lr24/Sr24, Lr10 + Lr23 + Lr13 + Sr-genes, Lr13 + Lr34/Pm38, Lr35/Sr39, Sr38/Lr37 + Lr13, Sr38 + Sr2 + Sr38/Lr37 + Lr3a, Pm6 + Pm1 + Pm3d, Pm6 + Pm2 + Pm3d + Pm4b and Pm6 + Pm4b + U).
