Summary. Presented the results of field studies to study the efficacy of biological preparations of associative diazotrophs crops of winter triticale and spring barley on Chernozem ordinary. Method of application – pre-sowing inoculation of seeds. Hectare norm was dissolved in water with the further treatment of seeds is based on 1 liter of 100 kg of grain. Used the following strains of microorganisms: strain 7 Misorisin; strain-8 Аsorisin; strain 18-5; 17-1 strain; strain PG-5; strain 30 Flavobacterium; strain 204 Risoagrin. In 2012–2015, laid two-factor field experiment on the basis of CCP research Institute of agriculture named after V. V. Dokuchaeva. The scheme envisaged study on the natural background and with the application of nitrogen fertilizers in dose of 30 kg/ha D. V. In 2012 and 2013 the use of associative diazotrophs contributed to the growth of a crop of winter triticale only waste background. The greatest rise in 2012, noted in the variant with strain 18-5,it amounted to 17.1 %, compared to the control. The greatest harvest in 2013 was in version with strain 17-1 (increase – of 21.4 %). In 2014–2015, the positive effect of biopreparations on the waste marked as background, and when you make N30. However, the relative excess were more on the background of natural soil fertility. The highest result in 2014, noted on the background without fertilizers in the variant with strain 30 (increase to control – 23,7 %). In 2015, the Best result is marked on the background without fertilizers in variant with a strain 18-5(increase to control is 22.6 %).In crops of spring barley has also noted the high efficiency of associative drugs. The highest yield observed when using strain 30.The results of the study allow us to conclude about the high efficiency of presowing inoculation of seeds of winter triticale and spring barley microbial drugs. Higher productivity was on a natural background without the use of mineral fertilizers. Possible exception of preplant nitrogen application in the dose of N30и replacement diazotrophic agents.
