APPLICATION OF THE BACTERIAL BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS OF FITOP SERIES FOR THE INDUSTRIAL CULTIVATION OF STRAWBERRY

Abstract. The studies were conducted to evaluate the multifunctional action of the bacterial preparations of Fitop series on garden strawberry under production conditions. The task was to study the effect of the biological preparations on plant adaptation, resistance to fungal diseases, and productivity. The industrial experiment was carried out in 2013-2016 in the agricultural production cooperative “Sady Baraby”, Novosibirsk region. The objects of the research were strawberry ‘Solnechnaya Polyanka’; white spot; gray mold; experimental biological preparations Fitop 1.68 (based on the VKPM B-10641 strain of Bacillus subtilis); Fitop 3.69 (B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10642); Fitop 14.72 (B. licheniformis VKPM B-10562); Fitop 8.67 (mixture of three strains: B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10642, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM B-10643, B. subtilis VKPM B-10641). The developer and producer of the preparations is research and production company “Issledovatelsky Tsentr”, Koltsovo, Novosibirsk region. Plants were treated before planting by soaking the root system in working fluid containing biological agents in the concentration of 1x10E5 CFU/ml. The use of Fitop preparations had an adapting effect on strawberry plants, increasing their survival rate, winter hardiness, and resistance to spring frosts. The application of Fitop 3.69 and Fitop 8.67 reduced the degree of damage by white spot (biological efficiency was up to (56.9-68.6) %), Fitop 8.67 and Fitop 14.72 reduced the prevalence of gray mold (biological efficiency was up to (53.1-58. 8) %) due to the influence of anti-stress effect, which increases the resistance to diseases. Fitop 8.67 and Fitop 14.72 had the most pronounced multifunctional effect on the fructifying strawberries, the economic efficiency of their use was (14.2-18.9) %, with maximum levels of productivity in the 2nd and 3rd years of the life of the plantation.
