SYSTEM ENGINEERING OF INDUSTRIAL GARDENING

Abstract. The article presents the basic provisions of the use of system engineering methods in projects of industrial horticulture. The goal of system engineering in industrial horticulture is the provision of a methodological basis and tools for the successful implementation of a concerted team effort to develop and implement some well-structured activities to create a successful system of industrial horticulture that covers all stages of a life cycle. At the stage of formation of the new direction, the original theses were taken. These ones say that modern information technologies of design, organization, and management of knowledge-intensive industries are invariant on their own basis and they can be effectively adapted to the industry of horticulture. It is necessary to establish a unified information space for all activities and to consider the functioning of the industrial sector within a single life cycle for the introduction of information technologies in the industrial gardening. The basis of the system engineering of the industrial gardening is an information-technological 3D-model that represents the morphological “Technology – Operations – Techniques” triad (the TOT-model). The basic principle of 3D informational-technological modeling is the assertion that during an overall target setting (goal-setting processes) and the unambiguity of the output characteristics, the processes may include various technological operations; and various techniques, determining the types of machines and equipment, correspond to them. As a result of implementation of the basic principles of the system engineering of the industrial gardening, authors designed scientific-applied directions, containing systems of automated management of productional, agricultural technology and industrial processes in the industrial horticulture based on CALS/PLM-systems; decision support systems (DSS) in the management of the industrial horticulture on the basis of continuous monitoring and informational-technological 3D+6D-modeling; scientific-technical principles of the regional agricultural engineering in the Unit Production format and their implementation in the automated system of rational selection and formation of machine technologies in the industrial horticulture.
