Abstract. The investigations were carried out in 2012-2015 in plantations of stone cultures in Krasnodar Krai in order to reveal the regularities of formation of myco-pathosystems of stone agrocenosis under conditions of intensification of abiotic and anthropogenic impact for effective control of the phytosanitary state of plants. The main directions of changes in myco-pathosystems under modern environmental conditions are strengthening of harmfulness and increase in the adaptability to the stresses in pathogens Clasterosporium carpophilum (Lev). Aderh, Monilia cinerea Bonord., Taphrina deformans Pul.; the expansion of the area for such diseases as pocket plums (Taphrina pruni Tul.), fusarium disease (Fusarium sporotrichiella Bilai.), cercosporosis (Cercospora cerasella Sacc.), cytosporosis (Cytospora sp.), red leaf spot (Polystigma rubrum DC.), powdery mildew (Podosphaera tridactyla de Bary); change of qualitative composition, the appearance of new species of pathogens such as anthracnose of cherry seedlings (Gloesporium sp.), blackspot (Alternaria sp.), surface necrosis of peach bark (Cryptosporiopsis corticola (Edq) Nannf), leaf scab of apricot (Cladosporium carpophilum Thuem.) and cherry (Fusicladium cerasi (Rabh.) Sacc.; changes in the biology of the agents, an increase in the period of the active pathogenesis of Phyllosticta leaf blight (Phyllosticta prunicola (Opiz.) Sacc.) and Coccomyces blight (Coccomyces hiemalis Higgins). The adaptive reaction of mycopatogens (formation of fungus complexes) had a tendency to the fixing in the plantations of cherry and sweet cherry. The existence of the dominant pathogens, the agents Coccomyces hiemalis Higgins. and Clasterosporium carpophilum Aderh., becomes typical in the form of a pathocomplex “Coccomyces – Clasterosporium”, which strengthened the pathogenicity of the fungi. The obtained results will serve as an ecological basis for constructing of the programs of the adaptive control for the main fungus pathogens of stone cultures, will make it possible to forecast correctly the phytosanitary situation in agro-biocenosis and to minimize the losses of harvest in time.
