Abstract. Sanitary quality of feed for productive animals and poultry depends on the content of such secondary micromycete metabolites as mycotoxins. The purpose of the research was to determine the efficiency of the electrophysical method of feed processing for its detoxification from mycotoxins. The content of the most typical for the south-east of Western Siberia mycotoxins in the feed before and after the treatment with microwave electromagnetic radiation was measured using Volna 100 technological line (EkoMashServis, Russia) in 2018. Microwave processing mode had the following characteristics: power – 60 kW, magnetron frequency – 915 MHz, exposure time – 90 s. The objects of research were the feed for KK-1 laying hens and grain of common spring wheat of the 5th grade. The experiment was repeated three times. The content of ochratoxin A in the raw feed was 0.043 mg/kg. In the wheat grain it was below the detection limit (0.002 mg/kg). The content of T-2 toxin was 0.049 mg/kg and 0.034 mg/kg, respectively. A significantly higher content of T-2 toxin, compared with ochratoxin A, in the grain indicates that the grain was subjected to a pathogenic load during development in the field. Further storage conditions were satisfactory and did not contribute to the development of “warehouse molds”. Approximately equal quantities of mycotoxins under study in compound feed indicate a strong attack by field fungi (in particular, by the Fusarium fungi), and poor storage conditions for raw materials and (or) the finished product. After treatment, the content of ochratoxin A in the mixed feed was significantly reduced – by 23.26% – relative to the control (up to 0.033 mg/kg). The content of T-2 toxin in the compound feed was reduced by 38.77% (0.030 mg/kg), in wheat grain – by 23.53% (to 0.026 mg/kg) that corresponds to a regulatory requirements.
