Abstract. The purpose of the research was to study the effect of Nagro bioorganic nano fertilizer on the structure of winter rye yield to optimize the agricultural technology of its cultivation. The work was conducted in the Kuznetsk forest-steppe in 2015–2018. Vlad and Tetra Korotkaya varieties served as the material. We used Nagro fertilizers (bio-energy solution and universal biofertilizer) according to the following schemes. The first scheme: treatment of seeds with the bio-energy solution (1 L/t), treatment of vegetative plants with the bio-fertilizer (1 L/ha) and the bio-energy solution (0.2 L/ha). The second scheme: treatment of seeds with the bio-energy solution, the first treatment during vegetation with the bio-fertilizer and bio-energy solution; the second treatment during vegetation with the bio-fertilizer. The third scheme: seed treatment with the bio-energy solution, the first treatment during vegetation with the bio-energy solution; the second treatment during vegetation with the bio-fertilizer. The fourth scheme: treatment during the growing season with the bio-fertilizer and the bio-energy solution. The fifth scheme: the first treatment during the growing season with the bio-fertilizer and bio-energy solution, the second treatment during the growing season with the bio-fertilizer. The sixth scheme: the first treatment during the growing season with the bio-energy solution, the second treatment during the growing season with the bio-fertilizer. In the control, biological products were not used. The first treatment was conducted in the tillering phase; the second treatment was conducted in the earing phase. In both varieties, the number of plants preserved until harvesting, when using fertilizers, increased by 1–15% compared with the control. The number of productive stems in Vlad variety increased by 25–51%; in Tetra Korotkaya variety, it increased by 4–21%; the highest indicator for both varieties was registered in the third scheme. In all the options except the first, the weight of 1000 grains in Tetra Korotkaya variety was 2–5% higher than in the control; the weight of 1000 grains in Vlad variety in all the options was 4–12% higher than in the control. The most productive were the crops of both varieties in the option with the first treatment of vegetative plants with the bio-fertilizer and bioenergy solution, and in the second option with the first treatment of vegetative plants with bio-fertilizer. In the first four options, the number of grains per ear in Vlad variety was 2–5% more than in the control, and for Tetra Korotkaya variety, this indicator was 2–15% higher (in all the options except the third, with the advantage of the second option).

Keywords: winter rye (Cecale cereale L.); variety; Nagro bioorganic fertilizer; number of plants before harvesting; number of productive stems; mass of 1000 grains; number of grains per ear.
